Teresa Rodriguez
States Doug Campillo of our Family Empowerment Unit, "Teresa comes in very Tuesday and Wednesday at 8:15am. She starts by sweeping and mopping the lobby and then she begins to manage the Community Service Workers as they clean the bathrooms, empty garbage cans, and bag whatever vegetables we have for the food distribution. When the additional food comes in, she stays in the food room and coordinates the bagging. Around 1pm, she leaves to go back home.
"Teresa has been an invaluable source of support for our food distribution efforts. She has been coming in for several years now and has essentially become one of the co-leaders of this effort. I turn to her to help train incoming volunteers and she does so in a professional and gracious manner each time. I couldn't do my job without her. We all are lucky to have her here!" adds Joshua Castro, Volunteer Coordinator.
Teresa was presented with a certificate and a coupon for a complimentary dessert donated by the Tiburon Grill.
