With the 2018 Election just days away, we want to make sure that our community is not just REGISTERED to vote, but READY to vote. We’ve compiled a list of California voter resources and guides to help you Make a Plan to Vote on November 6th.

Go to https://voterstatus.sos.ca.gov/ to check your Voter Registration Status.

If you missed the October 22nd deadline to register to vote, you can “conditionally” register to vote and vote provisionally at your local county elections office.

Before Election Day

Make sure you know where your polling place is located and that you have a plan to get there on election day.

Download a sample ballot to make sure that you have the information you need in hand when you cast your vote.

Review the Voters Bill of Rights to ensure that you have every opportunity to exercise your right to vote. (Spanish version available here)

Polls are open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm

You have the right to take time off of work to vote. Be sure to notify your employer if you’ll need to take time off to vote.
