Investing in the Future of Latino Youth 

Canal Alliance’s UP! (University Prep) and College to Career (C2C) programs offer personalized academic support, case management, mentorship, and financial literacy. UP! Exists to ensure middle and high school students stay on track to achieve their dreams, supporting their academic progress. Once our students have enrolled in college, C2C provides students with ongoing support for the duration, also supporting their transition into their careers and financial independence. By providing a seamless support system, Canal Alliance ensures students graduate high school ready for college and succeed in their college careers. 

Canal Alliance’s youth education programs are made possible by many funders, including the Education Opportunity Fund who recently renewed their support with a grant of $18,000. 

Education Opportunity Fund is dedicated to enhancing educational outcomes for students and helping them overcome obstacles to success. Grants are awarded to nonprofit organizations with innovative ideas, impactful programs, and a strong commitment to using data to guide their efforts. In addition, they collaborate with organizations that provide students with access, inspiration, academic support, and the preparation needed to successfully complete post-secondary education, training, and certification.
