Your emails to local elected officials protected renters negatively impacted by covid-19

The Marin County Board of Supervisors unanimously passed a resolution on January 12th, 2021 that continues to bar evictions through June for people economically impacted by the coronavirus. 

The San Rafael City Council passed an ordinance on January 19th enacting a temporary moratorium on rent increases (“rent freeze”) for tenants residing in certain residential units through December 31, 2021. Read about the action taken by the City of San Rafael in this Marin Independent Journal article.
