TPS Extension and Re-Designation for Haiti

Good news for the Haitian immigrant community!
As of August 3, you can now apply for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) that will be valid through February 3, 2023.
Anyone with current TPS from Haiti will have their work permit automatically extended until December 31, 2022. However, we still recommend applying under the re-designation.
